Had my first visit as a new patient, and it couldn’t have gone better! All of the staff was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Bell was very informative and approachable. Brittany was super helpful at guiding me through the decision making process with my glasses and contacts, and explained everything in great detail!

Words can not describe how kind every single lady in here working was. I called to schedule my appointment and I guess I talked to the call center and they scheduled me for the wrong day. But they got me right in the day I was supposed to be scheduled for. They were all so kind and helpful. I mean seriously ive never met people as wonderful and kind as they were. I wont be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you ladies so much

I’ve been a patient with Pearle Vision for many years. I switched locations specifically to follow Brittany, who has single handedly helped me pick every single pair of glasses I’ve ever owned. At this point she knows exactly what I’m looking for as soon as I walk in the door and she always picks out several pairs for me to try while I’m in getting my exam. My visits have always been stress free and actually enjoyable. The exam is time efficient and thorough. I leave every appointment so excited for my glasses to come in. I highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone looking for quality eye care!

Let me preference this by stating this review is strictly for optician that “assisted” me at Pearle Vision, and, NOT Dr. Bell who is absolutely FABULOUS (5 star all the way). After my appointment with Dr. Bell, the optician at Pearle Vision came over to me to start the process. When we sat down, she never greeted or said a single word to me. The entire 20 minutes was the most AKWARD experience of my life. Literally sitting in silence. When the experience was over, she stated a total and ran my card. I was handed a printout and receipt. I looked over my receipt and discovered I had been charged for various items that I never stated I wanted. I will continue to see Dr. Bell, but will definitely take my eye prescription elsewhere for frames and lens.
