Let’s start with the first best thing about this place.. online appointment scheduling!! A+ love it!! Easy, convenient, and simple! As soon as you walk in they make you feel welcomed! Even with other customers already in the office. Dr. Frye is highly professional and friendly! For listening to my concerns and getting me into the best pair of eyewear I’ve ever owned!! I’ll definitely be back. The whole team is Amazing. High shout out to the manager Ryann for keeping the place in tip top working order and looking amazing. The opticians.. Sarah and Dimond for being the best in their field!! And Melisa being the best tech they could have on the team! Everyone ROCKS!

Excellent experience again at Pearle Vision. Dr. Frye is always very thorough and friendly. He and the rest of the staff all make you feel very welcome and go the extra mile to make you feel valued. It may be a national chain, but this store feels more local and less national. Ryann helped me this time and is extremely knowledgeable about the insurance plans and how they pay for everything. She gave me discounts above what I even saw advertised to help with the cost. Everything was a super easy process, from the online appointment scheduling to the easy text notification to let me know my glasses were ready for pickup. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful caring staff. Ensured my needs were met. I have never worn glasses so was overwhelmed with choosing a frame. Associates were wonderful and so patient when I had a difficult time choosing.
