Pearle Vision – Lutz

Had a great experience here! I had not been in a while, but Ms. Alicia, and Avril, Joshua too, all made the eye exam and frames choosing process very simple. I loved how honest they were with me about each step and patient with me. They were very attentive to my needs and even helped reduce the cost of my lenses.

Joshua was absolutely amazing and patient while he helped both my boyfriend and I choose glasses and sunglasses for both of us. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful from the eye exams to finding the right glasses for us. The doctor was informative and explained everything clearly to us and was more than happy to answer all of our questions. Overall a great first experience here!

Awesome experience today! Pearle Vision Wesley Chapel very helpful. Joshua was super helpful with my frames and very kind. Dr. Silman helped the hubs with his contact monovison. We may not need all those readers around the house! Super happy.

BEST optical in the area! I admit, I’m a rough customer but the staff and doctors always treat me right! Whether it’s my need for adjustments or all my questions about my prescription, they always have a smile and make me feel like I’m not bugging them. I’m a pearle customer for life! I haven’t had a new pair of glasses and 3 years and had the same frame for almost 5 years 😅. I was looking around for new providers with my insurance EyeMed and found this place. The reviews what made me come inside, what people are saying is true. This place is great! Alicia from the moment I came in explained to me about my insurance and what benefits I had, that I was covered for 2 pairs 😲. She then proceeded to help me pick out some amazing glasses to try on. Late I was assisted by Michael who helped me decide on what final 2 pairs to purchase. I am so happy with the choices I picked from the help Alicia and Michael gave me ☺️. Even the tech who helped prep me for my exams and took pictures of my eyes was great. The optometrist who did my actual exam, I’ll be Frank seemed a little idk stiff. She did the exam great and wasn’t rude at all but it felt a little like she didn’t wanna be there but that didn’t bother me lol. The service Alicia, Michael and the tech who helped me was amazing and I would go back for their great customer service alone! The office has 2 other optometrist I can choose from so I’m not bothered at all lol. Alicia and Michael, thank you for helping me pick out 2 great pairs of glasses and sunglasses! It didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me the most expensive brand but what looked best on me and I’m so happy with what I picked. Thank you again! ☺️
