Many thanks to Jessica for helping my wife find the perfect frames for her eye glasses and sun glasses. Jessica took the time needed to explain how each frame looked and fit. She answered all of our questions. The Staff is also very friendly. They greeted us with a smile when we arrived and helped us as needed. Great customer service!
Not sure where to start with the most incredible service my family has ever seen. Not just at an optical store, but maybe anywhere. Kaitlyn was simply amazing. She spent 30 minutes with our young daughter finding the perfect pair of glasses. We were in awe. Our family will be bringing all our glasses and contacts business to Kaitlyn from here forward. We went to Pearle Vision in Minnetonka for the first time. Right away we were greeted by Hailey. She was so warm & VERY welcoming! She really knew her stuff! We have had nothing but amazing experiences for the last 3-4 years. , Dr. Scott, Lexi and Kayla are amazing and very patient. They have made the entire process easy from start to finish every time we come in and I think its beyond sweet that they remember us. We appreciate attention and patience we are treated with when we stop in. Such an amazing team.
