Pearle Vision Richmond

We went to the same practice for over 15 years, but after moving, we chose a different location for our family’s eye care needs. Between all of our family members, we’ve seen several of the doctors throughout the practice, and every one of them has been wonderful. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and always take the time to address all of our questions and concerns. The office staff has also been exceptional. Everyone has been so patient, kind, and willing to go above and beyond to help us. A special thank you to Chantal, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Her kindness and willingness to help really stood out and made our experience even better. I highly recommend this practice for the entire family’s eye care needs. We couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received.

I truly cannot say enough good, amazing, exceptional things about this Pearle Vision! I brought my new prescription to this location and Chantal took care of the rest. Not only is their selection of glasses phenomenal, but the customer service simply doesn’t get better. Chantal was able to order a wider version of my existing frames, in addition to a new pair of prescription sunglasses. She made the entire process seamless!! I cannot recommend her and this team more—they know what they’re doing and they’re great at it!

I love coming to this location for services! Dr. Nicole Nguyen is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She offers sound advice and suggests preventive solutions. Chantall is an insurance expert! She finds the most affordable deals, which makes comparing prices less stressful. She's very patient and made my glasses selection process pure joy. I highly recommend this location!

I came to Pearl Vision in Richmond, W Grand Parkway S. I was nervous because I’ve been going to the same eye doctor for about 15 years and you got a new insurance. I was seen by Dr. Patel and she was very nice informative took time to explain detailed by detail which I love. You don’t like feeling, rushed and not showing interest with your patient. Dr. Patel definitely gave the attention needed. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and patient. It was a very good experience. I’ll be back in six months.
