This is our first time to see their facility and the people here are really nice, the nurses are so sweet. Dr. Packwood is such a great physician, his level of expertise is excellent. He is very careful with our little one. We had such a great experience and I will gladly recommend this for other parents, to you that's reading this review and to my friends especially. 😊
My grandson saw Dr. Packwood. He was very kind and thorough, his staff very attentive and super efficient, we were a new patient, and even with dilation, we were in and out in an hour and a half. Very pleased!
They were absolutely amazing. Staff was all really sweet, kind and very caring. My daughter is 8 and was really scared. She needed a minor surgery. The day of they made her feel safe and cared for. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.
The office was flexible and accommodating - they took us in even though we were late. Dr. Hunt was professional and thorough. He listened to our concerns and addressed every question to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this doctor/office.
Upon arriving to check in, receptionist was helping an adolescent & their parent. They hadn’t completed the paperwork & insurance. Instead of the receptionist telling them to complete it in the waiting area to help me check in, they took 15 minutes at the window making me look like I was late. And, they were seen before me even though their appointment was after mine. The wait is too long when there’s hardly any children to be seen & doctors should also be aware kids can be impatient. This office is too big for the amount of patients they see.
