After wearing a very strong prescription since I was 14 years old, I honestly never imagined I would be able to see this well without glasses or contacts. Before LASIK, I couldn’t see anything clearly beyond arm’s reach. Today, I have 20/20 vision in one eye and 20/40 in the other, with excellent distance vision and the ability to comfortably read fine print. I am absolutely ecstatic with my results. Dr. Beers and his entire team were exceptional from start to finish. I was genuinely terrified before the procedure, but they took the time to answer all of my questions, calm my fears, and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. A special thank you to Georgina, who handled my intake and even held my hand during the procedure. Her kindness, compassion, and reassurance made an enormous difference to me. The surgery itself was amazingly quick—less than 10 minutes—and far easier than I expected. I experienced zero complications, and my vision was already clear as I walked out of the office. It truly felt life-changing. My husband had LASIK with Dr. Beers before I did and had an equally outstanding outcome. Seeing his success gave me the courage to move forward with the procedure myself, and I am so grateful that I did. If you are considering LASIK, I cannot recommend Dr. Beers and his team highly enough. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their patients are second to none. I’ve been wearing glasses since third grade, and over the decades my vision progressed to high myopia (-11 and -12). After living with this for so long, I decided to undergo a light adjustable lens procedure with Dr. Beers in December 2025—and it was truly life-changing. By early February 2026, I completed the full process, including three adjustments and two lock-in treatments. The original plan was moderate monovision, with one eye for distance and the other for near vision. I’m thrilled to say the results exceeded my expectations: I now have 20/20 distance vision and J1 near vision. Dr. Beers demonstrated exceptional expertise, precision, and care throughout the entire journey. He took the time to explain every step, making me feel confident and reassured. I had combined glaucoma cataract surgery with Dr. Liu. My vision is perfect now after 40+ years of glasses and contacts. I'm sure every case is different but in my opinion if you want to give your eyes the best chance Dr. Liu and the team at Laser eye are the way to go. I was briefly treated at another office and Laser eye was so much better for insurance, quality of technicians (this matters because they measure for surgery) and professionalism of the staff. Also they use a dedicated eye surgery center which is also excellent.

I can see! I’ve had glasses since before I was 2 years and was diagnosed industrial blind at one point. I have a unique eye and Dr Beers did a great job with my cataract surgery. I highly recommend.
