Best service. Dr. Pham was very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. He spent adequate amount of time with me explaining things to me. Noe was very friendly, professional, and had extreme patience with me as I made my decisions about my glasses. He went above and beyond to make sure I was content. I highly recommend Penn Eye Care for their level of care.
Amazing experience! I took my daughter for an appointment, and from the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Excellent customer service and care, I highly recommend this clinic!
I went to this clinic on May 13, 2026 for an eye exam and purchased two pairs of glasses with my prescription. A couple of weeks later, the clinic contacted me and admitted that their lab made my glasses with the wrong lenses. Now here’s the unacceptable part: instead of taking full responsibility for their mistake, they told me that if I want a refund, they will only return 75% of what I paid. Let me be very clear — this was NOT my mistake. I paid for glasses with the correct prescription, and they failed to provide that. Expecting me to lose 25% of my money because of their error is completely unreasonable and unprofessional. This situation shows a serious lack of accountability and poor customer service. A reputable business would either remake the glasses correctly at no cost or issue a full refund. Anything less is unacceptable. I strongly caution others before doing business here. If something goes wrong, do not expect them to make it right without trying to charge you for their own mistake. And for the record, this is not an email — if you need to reach me, you already have all my information on file. What you sent me to “email you” was nothing more than a webpage.
I have been going there since I was a kid I am 50 today so yeah I went to other places in between but I went back there and they are still the best I can see almost 20/20 with the new contact lenses prescription and I have astigmatism and presbyopia ! Dr Pham did so great on my eye exam! And looked at my eyes health from behind the eye. They have all the latest technology and staff is so nice and helpful !
This was my initial visit for an eye exam by Dr. Penn. Everyone was professional, efficient, good listeners and communicators. Pleasant experience and I was completely satisfied with the visit.
