Appointments are easy to make and quick to receive sometimes next day! Dr. Michael and his staff are very hospitable and considerate of your needs. Very happy with the results

I didn’t really like the attitudes of anyone at the front desk (it was all women) and one guy dentist. They weren’t rude to me particularly but their attitudes and energy was off. I also felt like my appointment was rushed 100% There were super busy and over booked! Felt like they were just trying to get people in and out! So there was no interpersonal connections nor conversations that made you feel comfortable or like you were wanted there. My teeth didn’t even feel clean after , water sprayed everywhere on my face, there was no flossing, it was kinda aggressive. Customer service was VERY bare minimum. I wanted to mention it while there but I felt like it would’ve resulted in them intentionally being malicious in my mouth.

EZ Smile seems to be a nice dental office. The staff were pleasant. The dental hygienist was excellent. she explained everything that she was doing as she gave me a deep cleaning. She made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this dental office.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful from the help desk assisting with setting up the appointment, to the staff who did the pre-examination checking, taking scans, cleaning and preparations , to the dentist who had a good look and informed me of what to expect over time, and what can currently be addressed and that they'd setup a future appointment once they've got the go ahead from my medical insurance provider. Instructions from everyone were clear , and lastly I got a small to go package with a toothbrush, floss, and some snack in a tube(kidding, don't eat that)

Staff always friendly & knowledgeable most of all down to earth comfortable family vibes when visiting Great location. Very accommodating
