Very nice and friendly in the office. I have been a patient here for many year. Never a bad experience. Today went well from check in to check out. I missed seeing some of the farmiliar faces, but all in all my appointment went well. Dr. Patel is always awesome and thorough. I never leave with questions because they are always answers.
I recently visited Atlanta Eye Group in Tucker for what was supposed to be a routine eye exam, but I walked out with so much more peace of mind. The optometrist was incredibly thorough and took the time to truly listen to my specific eye concerns, paying close attention to every detail despite it being a standard checkup. It is rare to find a doctor who gives you their undivided attention and validates your concerns so patiently, making sure all of my questions were answered before I left the chair. After my exam, the transition to the onsite LensCrafters was seamless. The team helped me select and get fitted for my very first pair of eyeglasses, making the entire process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I highly recommend Atlanta Eye Group in Tucker for anyone looking for comprehensive, attentive eye care and excellent customer service. I will definitely be back!
Cristina, at the front desk was so helpful, cordial, professional, and treated me as a valued patient. She has a winning and upbeat personality who connects very well with patients. I also commend Way who has touched my life, as well with much positive energy! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted immediately. I went in to make an appointment and was so surprised to find out they could see me that morning. The tech was delightful, very patience with this 75 year old women during testing. Aditi Bellur, OD was amazing. I never felt rushed and she explained things about my eyes that no one ever mentioned before. I left feeling happy and knowing this was my eye care place in the future. If you have Federal Blue Cross Vision Lenscraft is the best!!!!
I’m giving 4 stars. Because the experience was wonderful, service was amazing. But the price for having my own frames is ridiculous + not having insurance having to pay $150.00 for the exam + $1,200 for total cost for everything. In the end I was worked with. Overall 585.00 + 150.00 for my new glasses and prescription
