Absolutely amazing customer service, kind staff, and high tech (so no eye dilation needed). Some of my friends drop their mouth open in disbelief that I don’t need to get my eyes dilated anymore. After a dozen other optometrists across 4 states, this place is the best!
A friend introduced me 2 Dr. Kim at Atlanta Eye Associates. She is by far the BEST experience that I have ever had, with regard 2 my eyes. I have gone 2 the VA, Lenscrafters and others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience! I had a great experience from start to finish. The eye exam was thorough, professional, and comfortable, and everything was explained clearly along the way. I especially appreciated the help picking out frames that fit my face. The staff was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find glasses that looked great and felt comfortable. I never felt rushed or pressured. Outstanding customer service and a great selection of frames. I highly recommend them for both eye exams and finding the perfect pair of glasses
I cannot say enough about my experience. I have used this business twice and both times the service was superb! Ingrid was very knowledgeable when selecting my frames and lenses. I will definitely use them in the future for my optometrist needs!!!! If you go to them, you will not be disappointed. Dr. Kim and the staff are fantastic!!!!!
Dr. Kim is great and spent a lot of time educating me about my condition and explaining why I needed certain tests and potential treatment options. Most providers address one issue and make you come back several times. Her staff is great and they take the time to answer questions. They also went out of their way to ensure I received the medications I needed. Highly recommend!
