Had a great experience here today. Jessica and Mimi were absolutely gems, and Dr Kamann was amazing! After a disappointing experience at a big-name place during my last exam, this was such a refreshing change. I left feeling heard, taken care of, and very happy I found this office. Highly recommend!

An easy 5 start review! Everyone was extremely helpful and honestly, fun to connect with. Jessica, Dr. Ashley Kamann, and Anthony were so personable and enjoyable to work with. They have a great selection of glasses. Looking forward to going back!
I was referred here from a friend after poor service from one of the big chains in GR. Amazing customer service. Super friendly stall all around. I felt like everyone wanted to listen to my needs and provided awesome new glasses. I was so happy I ordered a second pair the next week. I will absolutely use them in the future.
Dr. Stewart and his personnel are skilled, kind professionals who gave me a very thorough eye exam. Booking a next-day appt was seamless and basically free to Michigan Medicaid recipients (excepting contact lens orders), which I appreciated at that time. Unfortunately, the glasses delivered to me absolutely reek. I thought the scent from the nose pads would dissipate after a few days of use, at most, but they still stink like you would not believe more than 2 months later. That strikes me as curious, and potentially stigmatizing and harmful to people who cannot afford or take the time to obtain better lenses. The scent from the nose pads gets on my nose and fingers, and I believe that other people have been put off by it, which is why I cannot really wear them. (Due to circumstances, I did not seek help from the Office about this problem, which perhaps may have been of help to me; I am not sure.) I suppose everybody's eyes and work/reading needs are different, but I am not very satisfied with the weekly contact lenses I received, either ("Precision" brand). They become irritating and cloudy much earlier than the monthly lenses that I wore for many years. Reading and writing (especially text messages and online text) become truly frustrating by the mid-afternoon, sometimes earlier. Not ideal for drafting professional, typo-free messages. While your eyes and needs may be different from mine, I would not purchase this brand of lenses or the glasses again.
Everyone that works there is so helpful. I stopped in with my broken frames and they were able to get me fixed up and get me on my way. Thank you, Mimi and Jill:) Love the personal customer service!
