I always go here for my glasses. They are reasonably priced and accept insurance. You get a free eye exam with the purchase of glasses. Contact exam is extra. They have great programs and discounts for those without insurance. Depending on the price of your frames and type of lenses you need you can get 2 pairs for under $200. Kids lenses are always polycarbonate at no extra charge cause let's face it kids are ruff on their stuff. The staff is super friendly and totally transparent with their prices so there are no surprises. Absolutely love this place, if you have never been give them a try and you might be surprised.

cant even put one star on this review. This company is very shady, First pair of glasses made me severely dizzy, went back the Dr told me there was nothing wrong with the prescription and that the glasses I picked out were to big for my face OK? . I then picked out the pair eyewear, when they came in they made me very dizzy, girl told me to go home and try with fresh eyes in the morning, ok I did that. I tried wearing them all day without success. I called and asked if they had another Dr I could see? And on Wednesdays they do. I made an appointment and seen the other Dr whom seemed way more educated, he then tells me the other Dr had the prescription wrong. Ok so I got the 3rd pair back and they seemed fair , I then started getting bad headaches so i went back a few days ago because it appeared that the left lense was coming off the frame, Tammy the sweetest lady in the place put them on heat and tried adjusting them, I ended up in the hospital with stroke like symptoms due to my eyewear, have proof. I called them yesterday and said I need to have something done with my glasses, the woman I spoke to looked into my history and stated she would have a manager call me back I never heard anything I called today on June 4th 2026 around 1:00 she stated to me the manager was on break that she would have Travis call me back when he was done. 3:30 I called back to speak with the manager she was very nasty me on the phone and said that a refund of the money has been sent back to the insurance company I stated to her you weren't going to call and tell me that you're not going to fix these glasses you're just going to refund the money she basically just repeated that the money has been refunded to your insurance company I then called corporate and this is where I stand waiting to hear back from them do not go to America's Best.
Scheduled an eye exam for 2:30 back on the 31st of March, arrived ten minutes early as my normal procedure got appointments, got in immediately for the initial eye testing and was asked to wait in the lobby for the optometrist. While I'm waiting I hear very loud audible Spanish being yelled from another room, this went on and on and on and on, only to realize this was Carriles with another customer just chatting it up (very loudly). Finally the door opens and they continue this loud obnoxious conversation into the main area while the line of people waiting continued to get bigger. They finish and he comes back to the waiting area, calls my name. It's now 3:25 by the way. Everything this man did from there on out was unprofessional. His tone, how he spoke to me, everything as if I was inconveniencing him somehow. He rushed through the process making me feel extremely uncomfortable to even be in his presence. Banging on the keyboard and mouse repeatedly. After he was finished with me he starts up another loud obnoxious conversation with his buddy in the main lobby (same buddy from before) while people are still waiting back in the waiting area, waiting for him. Needless to say I didn't want to trust my prescription he wrote me for my contacts, and I shouldn't have!! It was wrong, and now when wearing my newly purchased contacts with the prescription he wrote, I can't see anything up close. If it's not three feet away it's blurry and hurts my eyes. Let me remind you I'm near sighted and only have trouble viewing things far away. I will never go back to this center or Carriles again ever. He is rude, obnoxious and unprofessional in every way possible.
I had a great experience at America’s Best. I didn’t use their eye doctor since I brought my own prescription — I stopped in specifically because they carry Pair, a brand I’ve been wanting to try. From start to finish, everyone treated me well. They were friendly, helpful, and patient. I was especially impressed with the manager, Kerstin. She helped me dial in my progressive lenses, which is never easy. I'm super fussy, but Kerstin worked with me, made the necessary adjustments, and stuck with it. She got them just right, and I’m genuinely thankful for her attention to detail. Highly recommend.
I’m having issues with the glasses that I purchased there. The lens keeps falling out. I called today and talked with Kirstin. I just wanted to ask if they were able to reorder the pair since it was a manufacturing issue and I’d return the old pair when they arrived. Something they’ve always offered to do in the past. I was told I needed to come in before anything could be done. I said I currently do not have my backup pair and can’t leave the pair with them. I was told by her “If you don’t come in I can’t help you”. She was so rude and unprofessional. I expected more compassion and understanding from someone that works in this field.
