I had a great experience during my appointment; I didn't have a lot of forms to fill out and the staff was welcoming, friendly and I was seated fast and called back fast. It was wonderful. The technician and doctor were very informative and educational; once I was all done I was able to book my future appointment. The Optical Shop was great, friendly, informative and their prices were amazing. Definitely worth your time and money if you are getting glasses like me and have high vision like me, I recommend.

This is my second visit since moving to Philadelphia and I must say, everyone is so kind and professional. The front desk staff are informative. The folks who begin your testing and the OD are all thorough and walk you through what to do and what is being measured. You could not ask for better care.

Excellent care! The registering was fast. Waiting to go back to see the doctor was maybe 5-6 minute wait. Not long at all. Then it was quick to get glasses and they were also very helpful.

I made my routine yearly eye exam/with contact exam because i came here for medical issue a few months back. I had the worst experience ever. To start off when I made the appointment they could not find my coverage which I found hard to believe because I pulled my information right up. When I arrived to my appointment I was charged $125 for my contact fit that I was not made aware of prior to the visit and I have never had to pay that amount in my previous eye exam place. The exam was not thorough as I have eye exams every year. They did not have any contacts there which was my main reason for the visit. so I have to now wait 1-2 weeks just to get a trial pair. when I left the receptionist was clueless. I was so upset I walked out and didn't even get my prescriptions so I had to walk back in to get it, and although I know my attitude at this point was not best the receptionist didn't help. When I was given my prescription my name was spelled incorrectly which explained why they couldn't find my coverage in the first place. I have no choice to but to accept this for this visit because it's the only allowable annual visit. But I will not be returning not even got my medical issue.

I’ve been going to this location since 2020 and I absolutely love it. Staff & doctors are very polite, friendly, & professional. Brought my 8 year old also and they did an amazing job as well. Optical shop staff are also very friendly, polite & professional. I would highly recommend.
