Staff was amazing! Staff named Derek was very helpful, nice, and kind. It was my first time visiting this place and found what I was looking for (Vanguard Oakley Meta glasses). He made sure I was well informed about the product and even showed me how to properly use to product. He noted that if I had any questions or concerns he’s always available to help. Transactions were also smooth and I am excited to try my new sunglasses! Would definitely go back for sure for any optical inquiries.

I had a great experience at Cohen’s Fashion Optical getting my prescription Meta glasses. Derek helped me through the entire process and made everything incredibly easy. He explained the different options, made sure the prescription lenses were correct for the Meta frames, and answered all my questions about how the glasses work. The service was professional, fast, and very friendly. Derek really knows his stuff and made sure everything fit perfectly before I left. The Meta glasses are amazing and the prescription lenses came out perfect. If you’re thinking about getting prescription Meta glasses, I highly recommend going to Cohen’s and asking for Derek. Excellent service and a great overall experience.

Staff is great. They are honest about which frames look better or are a better fit. I know this because when I searched for several frames many times they told me the cheaper ones looked better. That told me that they were being honest and cared more about what looked better rather than a ~$50 difference in price! If it was a shady place, this Surely would not be the case. I’ve been coming here since Dr. Malisan Was the optometrist.

My glasses were bent after a fall, and I came in just to see if they can help to fix it. Derek is super nice and friendly! He fixed them so quickly and carefully. I offered to pay, but he kindly refused and was just happy to help. Really appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend this place

This place is really nice, and the staff are incredibly polite and helpful! My sunglasses were bent, so I brought them in to see if they could help. Darren kindly fixed them for me free of charge! Great service and such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
