In general I appreciate all services given to me at this Facility. Special Recognition to Oren the Chancellor who was warm in welcoming me. Cathy, who stood with me as my advocate, making sure all is well in my needs and care. Jamie and David who gave me quality care in therapy helping me to move my limbs with confidence and do things I had feared to attempt doing. Ms. Joseph who kept my bed and lining clean from early morning and took me to shower. The nurses who were punctual in serving me my medications so, I could keep good health. All in all I feel blessed to have been here.

The first day the patient was admitted a staff member stole her phone. We reported it the next day when we found out but absolutely nothing was done about it. They only said they are investigating. But they didn’t even check their hallway cameras. We gave detailed time stamp, checking cameras would have been easy. They tried to brush it off but couldn’t because staff admitted to seeing and using the phone that day. They also do not change diapers frequently enough. The patient got an UTI from all of that and they refused to do a test or anything else about it.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this nursing center and rehabilitation facility. The staff makes you feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The nurses and therapists are not only highly skilled and professional, but also compassionate and attentive to every detail of care. The rehabilitation team goes above and beyond to create personalized therapy plans that truly make a difference. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which gave us great peace of mind. Communication with family members is clear and consistent, and any questions or concerns are addressed promptly. Most importantly, the genuine kindness and respect shown to residents from the administrator, DNS, nurses, CNA, therapists etc. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for exceptional nursing care and rehabilitation services. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and hard work!
