Dr Kounkel and her team are exceptional. Everyone in the office cares about the patients. I had cataract surgery and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. I would highly recommend Physicians Eye Clinic.
Dr.Hassan did my cataract surgery. He had me see a retina specialist before doing the surgery. Dr. Hassan was very professional and kind. I had pressure issues which he addressed immediately. He was always on time for my visits. My vision is excellent. It's a lengthy process but absolutely no pain or even discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Hassan. Marv Jepsen
As always, my experience with Physicians Eye Clinic was professional and efficient. The receptionist was courteous and efficient. Dr. Brown is excellent and cares about the quality of care that her patients receive. She is thorough as well as personable. I would recommend her to anyone.
My experience with Dr. Amspaugh and her team was great. Dr. Amspaugh’s assistant, Sue was very nice. I felt Dr. Amspaugh and her assistant were both very caring and compassionate. My cataract surgery was very successful. The doctor explained everything carefully and wanted to make me as comfortable and at ease as possible. My only complaint is with the front desk. There are two receptionists. I dealt mostly with the person you immediately see on the left side of the desk while facing it. I literally got anxiety ever time I had to deal with her, and I had multiple appointments. I’ve never been treated so poorly, or so rudely by a front desk receptionist. Every time I went to check in. I was made to stand or sit & wait.
On the night of 4/9/26 my baby daughter accidentally poked me in the eye and cut my eyeball. It was a terrifying experience and I didn’t know where to go. I ended but going to the emergency room but there was an hours long wait line. Even though it was long after closing I decided to call Physicians Eye Clinic while I was waiting in the ER. I was pleasantly surprised when the receptionist answered and after hearing me out she immediately texted Dr. Mohamed Hassan. Shortly after, the doctor called me directly and told me he would go back to the office and open it up again just to see me. I left the ER and went to see him. He was extremely kind and helpful. Took care of me and helped me out right away. Thanks to him my eye is now healed with no impacts to my vision. I highly recommend Dr. Mohamed Hassan, he was amazing and he went the extra mile to help me out, he is 100% committed and dedicated to his patients. My family and I will now only go to him for any future ophthalmology check ups and concerns.
