Dr. Amspaugh is a very kind lady. She is thorough and truly cares for her patients wellbeing. Will go out of her way to help you! Even called me back after normal business hours to answer my questions and concerns.
Dr. Amspaugh is very thorough and takes her time with each patient. She is very gentle in her approach and easy to talk to. She did my cataract surgery which went so smoothly, no more glasses and it is awesome to be able to see after being near sighted since 4th grade! (I am now 65) this surgery is like a miracle to me! She will often give me free samples of new meds to try for my dry eyes as well. I see her husband John Amspaugh with Johnston Family Practice as my primary care physician as well. Have seen him since 2014. Wonderful family and two fantastic doctors!
Dr. Amspaugh is thorough and thoughtful. She takes the time to assist you during an exam and helps you refine your vision needs. I feel I am in expert hands.
Called to see if I can be seen with a referral. A lady named by Jessica answered the phone was very rude. I am asking questions and you could tell I was wasting her time. Talking to me like I was dumb. They just lost a potential new client. First impressions are everything!!
Very rude, short tempered - I was told she would call in an important prescription for me but when I checked with the pharmacy, she hadn't.
