They got me right in for an unscheduled appointment. Very thorough exam and explained to me in great detail what was going on with my eye, and what my treatment would entail. Very happy with the care I receive here!
Everyone every time I've been here is super friendly and very thorough. I always feel like a person, not just a patient here. I absolutely love Dr. Throndsen. He's very personable, understanding, and has great energy. All my questions were answered and a plan was put in place for monitoring and treating my condition now and for future appointments. I felt cared for and well prepared for dealing with my eye issues upon leaving. I'm also very greatful that I was not pushed into dilating my eyes, and we still got everything done without doing so.
Everyone is very friendly & helpful. Dr Throndson & his assistant Ashley are amazing! I feel like my eye health/physical health is important to them. They show concern for any issues that arise. I highly recommend PineCone Vision Center & all who work there!
After having the same frames for 17 years I decided it was time to get myself something new and fun. I worked with Shanah in optical and she was awesome! She helped me find exactly what I wanted that fit my style and personality. Her and I pulled A LOT of options and she was so patient and helpful when dwindling them down to the last 3 pairs. I'm so happy with her service and the choice I made with glasses! Thank you Shanah!!
