Had a great experience at Plainfield Eye Care! Christen was fantastic from the start—friendly, helpful, and made everything easy. Dr. Acton was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Brock was also great during the glasses fitting—super knowledgeable and made sure everything fit perfectly. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Dr. Decook is fantastic! She is so sweet and provides great care and remembers small details from previous visits to follow up on. I couldn’t recommend her enough! The front staff is also wonderful to work with and I always have a positive experience.

I have contacted PLAINFIELD EYE CARE I had an eye exam since I am needing cataract surgery next year. I was just looking for a pair of glasses to get me by the frames that I liked were $600. My outcome out-of-pocket was going to be 329 so I ask about a cheaper frame in order to lower my out-of-pocket since I would only be using them for a year I was told That it would not matter if I went down to $150 frame that my outcome would still be the same as far as out-of-pocket? After my post, Nikki reached out, The office manager, She was very pleasant and explained everything to me, In depth, As to how insurance worked and how they tried to save you money, She did explain that they offered packages for people whose insurance breaks it down differently to where it is not in their best interest! I am returning next week to pick out a pair of glasses and lenses, She is telling me they will be around the amount that insurance is allowing! This music to my ears I am very happy.
