All of the personnel were polite, professional and answered questions. I was not treated as if I should know about what my enquiry was . You did not have to wait long between tests. Privacy was maintained. An honest evaluation was given in person by Dr. Alfred including recommendations to be followed until next visit.
What a pleasant experience. Mary was above wonderful for my laser treatment. The doctor had input when needed and both were so friendly and explained EVERYTHING. I can't say enough about the professionalism and above that, the personal feel of my visit. Two thumbs up.
What a great experience. The staff works like a well oiled machine. The doctor was clear and friendly; he knew how to use the time with his patient (me) to focus on what was important and he did it with grace.

We were greeted kindly, front desk staff were patient. Did not have to wait to be seen, Tanya was very patient with Franny and professional. Dr. Wu seems very concerned about his patient and made sure we understood the urgency of Frannies health !!
