The clinic and pediatrics are great. It’s the pharmacy that is horrible. My father just got heart surgery and is in need of medication but his insurance is not accepted here, so I had the Walgreens contact them to transfer those medications. I’ve worked in pharmacy for 10 years so I know how transfers and everything works. This pharmacy doesn’t pick up phones. They need more staff and better technicians. There should be no reason why I should waste my gas to come in person like I did and ask them to answer their phones because Walgreens is trying to contact them.

We have always had a good experience until yesterday. I took my son for a scheduled 6 month dental cleaning on Monday. X-rays were done and exposed one cavity. We scheduled an appointment two days away on Wednesday to have it filled. I sent him with his grandmother because I had to work. The dentist (you see a different one each time) decided to do additional X-rays when he had just had them done TWO DAYS before!!!!!! Then said he saw an additional cavity. I was furious that he did not look to see the X-rays had just been done, disappointed that they would expose him to the radiation again after such a short time, and now I have distrust that there really is an additional cavity and I question now if they aren’t “finding” cavities just so they can bill the insurance. It could all be in my head, and I will give them the benefit of my doubt- but I will never send my kids to their facility without me being there to advocate for them!

Me and my mom went to her appointment, to the adult care section. The First Lady to attend us was on her phone, didn’t respond to my mom, and simply directed us to another employee. Guadalupe Garcia had no manners, told us curtly to go around, and had no good hospitality whatsoever and was passive aggressive. The receptionist and they can’t be nice.

the staff here are so RUDE! the people up front who take your information up front in the windows are so incredibly rude and snappy for no reason! ESPECIALLY one girl who wear glasses (black squad frames) she was so rude when i asked her a question, i’m sorry for making you think at your job?!

Everyone works great together to get everyone the help they need! Liz Always helps us very professional and courteous on the phone! She is a great attribute to your Health Center! Dr. Sameer Darwhich is one of the best Doctor's out there very professional listens and helps to get you well 👍 Very Intelligent and courteous to his patients and there needs! Very happy with him and all the other associates I've came in contact with and the Nurse for him is superb love her! 5+ stars!
