Platinum Eyes nailed all the criteria I look for in an eye doc. Expertise? Check. The staff knew their stuff and answered all my questions with ease. Plus, they really took the time to understand my concerns. What really won me over was the personalized care. They treated me like family, not just another patient. From scheduling appointments to picking out glasses, they had my back every step of the way. And speaking of glasses, their selection was huge. They guided me to glasses covered by my insurance. I found the perfect pair without any hassle. But what really impressed me was their honesty. They never pushed me to buy anything and were mindful of my budget. Overall, I can't recommend our Platinum Eyes enough. If you want expertise, a personal touch, and a great selection of glasses without breaking the bank, this is the place to go.

I have been using Platinum Eyes as my eye care physician for years now. The staff is always very friendly and helpful! I wear contacts and ran out they offered me a free pair until the ones I ordered came in. NOBODY gives you anything free these days but Platinum Eyes did when I was in a bind. Had a great experience here. Brooke was extremely friendly and helpful. She went through all of their selection of frames with me. Dustin is very knowledgeable and worked with me to find glasses within my budget and needs. The overall professionalism and attentiveness earned my business!👍👍

For our first visit here i was impressed. This was one of the most thorough eye exams that I, or my children, have ever received. The staff was friendly, helpful, and they did not try to up sell or push glasses on us. Before coming here I had always had problems with my contacts. After my exam I brought up my discomfort thinking it was just dry eyes or something. Turns out it was ill fitting contacts! Dr. Platt was able to switch the brand and I literally can't feel the new contacts when wearing them. I will continue to use Dr Platt for as long as we can.

Visited there a few days ago for a yearly checkup, Amanda and Dustin were extremely kind and helpful to my needs in the front, Brooke was very kind and professional as well when doing an initial exam. I recommend platinum eyes to everyone I know and will continue going back to this office for as long as I require care
