Dr. Miller is a good doctor — straightforward, honest, and not the type to push unnecessary treatments. He does his job well, and I have no complaints about his treatment style. But the clinic environment during my visit was absolutely awful. I was informed the patient before me clearly hadn’t showered, and the smell in that tiny exam room was so strong they had to put a fan in there. Even with the fan blasting, it reeked like something had died. I was in the room for less than 30 minutes and still walked out feeling disgusted enough to write this review immediately. This isn’t on Dr. Miller, but the clinic needs to get serious about hygiene standards. Plenty of businesses have a “right to refuse service” policy, and honestly, this place needs one. No one should have to sit in a medical exam room that smells like a skunk crawled in and never made it out. People: shower before your appointments. It takes ten minutes. Don’t show up smelling like you’ve been living under a bridge. It’s disrespectful to the staff and every patient who comes after you. Tldr; Dr M is good. Clinic needs to fix their hygiene policy or the rat that died in their HVAC.
