Both Dr. Pooles are absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable which is why my family loved going here. Unfortunately, anything before and after seeing the doctors stinks. We cannot seem to get anyone to answer the phone to get an appt set for our daughter. Sadly, we have had to find elsewhere to take our daughter as well as ourselves because getting someone to answer the phone to simply get an appt set in and of itself seems impossible.

Absolute garbage 🗑️ . The office is outdated. The equipment is outdated. No one answers the phone and it takes FOREVER to get your glasses back. Once I got them the prescription was wrong. Don’t just walk away from this place but RUN 🏃‍♂️ 10/10 do not recommend. I would give 0 stars if I could. What a disappointment!

Doctor pool is wonderful doctor once you meet him his great and the staff are great they have great front desk service very nice and caring. I got my first pair of glasses there and loves them they took frat care of me and my Eye needs as well as my mom I’ve tried other places too but they are great every time.

Dr Poole performed Cataract surgery on me and is also my eye dr. I couldn't be happier with the service and the care that he provided. Great dr and surgeon.

They acted like I was invisible, no one even offered to help. When I finally spoke with someone they couldn't get rid of me fast enough, service isn't what it used to be.
