Portland Eye Care

Always friendly. Dr. Adelman is knowledgeable and makes you feel like your eyes are really being cared for. I’ve been going here for a few years and I always have a great experience with the doc and the staff.

Professional, friendly, chill practice. No junk-science-inspired pressure to buy special supplies or services, no upselling. The practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Appointments are easy to make and get. Parking is street only but hasn't been an issue.

I always feel very relaxed and well taken care of at Portland Eye Care. I love that it is a small independent family owned neighborhood business. Dr Adelman is gentle, easy to talk with and patiently answers all my questions. The front desk crew is also very helpful and kind.

I went to Portland Eye Care for a routine eye exam and to buy some new glasses with my updated prescription. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, my exam was quick and satisfactory, and the eyeglass purchase process was a breeze! I'll definitely be coming back here for future exams and any glasses I might need.

I have been doing my eye care here for over 3 years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I also feel no pressure to add products or upgrades like I do at other places. They focus on what will improve my eyewear experience and are honest about if I actually need it not.
