All the staff were amazing. From the moment I walked in to schedule my appointment to the time I arrived at the office, everyone was very kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. They took the time to go over the details, my options, and the whole process, which made me feel very comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!

I have to say I was exceptionally impressed with Potranco Eye Care! As someone who is new to San Antonio, I was very cautious about choosing an eye care provider. Even after deciding on Potranco Eye Care, I was still a little skeptical about how my experience would go. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication during my visit that resulted in my eyeglasses being ordered incorrectly. I was worried it was going to turn into a frustrating experience, but Dr. Tran completely changed that. He personally stepped in, handled the situation from start to finish, and made sure everything was corrected. He even adjusted my glasses himself and took the time to handle the checkout process to ensure I was completely satisfied. Dr. Tran's professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for his patients truly stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for and left happy with the service I received. That level of customer care is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Potranco Eye Care to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and outstanding customer service!

This office has helped my family and me several times, and every experience has been great. During my most recent visit, they were able to see me quickly and efficiently. I had a scratch on my cornea, and they helped diagnose the issue, manage the pain, and guide me through the healing process. The doctors were professional, caring, and reassuring throughout the visit. I truly trust this team and plan to continue visiting this location in the future.

My husband took our son and himself to this office and were so impressed. The things the dr told us about our son we hadn’t heard at the other facility we were going too. 10/10. They care so much about their patients. I highly reccomend potranco eye care. Now we know why our son can’t focus on school at times!! I really liked the doc. She was professional. Place spacious and clean. All staff were helpful and polite even though I wasn't going to buy glasses there. Just way cheaper online. Sorry
