I had an exceptional experience at Precision Eyegroup from start to finish. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr Mckerrell took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my exam and answered all of my questions. I felt listened to and truly cared for throughout the appointment. The staff also went above and beyond helping with frames and explaining insurance options, making the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find an eye doctor that combines professionalism, kindness, and efficiency so well. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding eye care.

I had my first eye exam here today. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was fantastic. Super friendly and professional. I wish they had more of a selection of frames, but they did offer to bring some more in for me to look at.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. Dr McKerrel and her assistant do very though exams and we feel confident that they meet all of our eye care needs. Highly recommend!

Dr. McKerrell and her entire staff are all very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. The office is clean and bright with state of the art equipment. They also have a great selection of frames. My appointments are always very through on time and never rushed.

Very nice and caring staff and doctor. Got my daughter in for an emergency appointment right away. Did a thorough examination and got to the bottom of the problem. Both My husband and I were very pleased and happy and so was our daughter. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
