Walmart Vision Center

am never getting glasses made at the Walmart Vision Center in Milford, PA again; the staff were rude and had no desire to work. In fact, when they sent my glasses out to be made, they came back with a completely different frame; I sent them back, and they got it wrong again. I gave up and got my money back..

Dr Lisa Haggerty was excellent! She is very thorough and answered all my questions. I feel she is very knowledgeable and takes her time with me as a patient. I will be going back every year for my annual eye exam.

Went to get nose pads replaced on my new glasses and the woman gave me my glasses with a huge scratch on my lens. When I told her what she did all she said was “we’re not responsible for damages” and said “it could’ve been there before” and I told no I just gotten these glasses and I just wanted softer nose pads. What blows my mind was not even a sorry from this woman, is what got me really pissed off. I will never go to this place ever again, Vision in Middletown Walmart is way better.

The staff and Dr Haggerty were excellent. I was very happy with the service I received.

Never had more problems with a product in my life. Glasses had to be sent back twice due to mistakes. Staff very unprofessional and some rude. It took a very long time to get a set of poorly made lenses. I advise folks to stay far away!
