I’ve been seeing Dr. Liv at Precision Eye Care for the past two years, and the level of care has been exceptional. My vision has changed quite a bit over that time, and she’s been incredibly thorough and attentive every step of the way. I struggled with very dry eyes, and instead of just recommending daily drops, Dr. Liv suggested punctal plugs. The procedure was quick, completely painless, and made a noticeable difference almost immediately. It was a much more effective solution than I expected. She and her team also took the time to help me choose glasses that truly suited my face. I ended up with two pairs because I genuinely couldn’t choose between them—and I’ve been happy with both. Beyond the care itself, the office is absolutely beautiful—elegant, clean, and welcoming. The experience feels elevated from the moment you walk in, with thoughtful touches like offering coffee, water, and snacks while you wait. It honestly feels more like a treat than a typical appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Liv and the entire team at Precision Eye Care.

Precision Eye Care was a great experience. Dr Derdova listened to my needs and requests to go back to color prescription contacts in which others said is not possible. I now have my green eyes and can see far and close as she promised Beautiful office as well!

Dr Derdova and staff are the best! The office has a spa atmosphere making the experience relaxing and less medical feeling. Resting equipment is the latest technology and extremely comprehensive. Koszonom!! Regina M

One great doctor and doctor visit can be completely ruined by one phone call to staff. No empathy, not willing to listen, not willing to advance the phone call to management. I had to cancel twice this year and while I understand their policy, they could have heard me out. But it doesnt count when I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen the last time and then another 10 after tech work. And there are too many techs in the room at one time. I was reluctant going here last year due to some of the previous staff moving over from the previous office before the greatest eye doctor retired. Was always tense but worth dealing with because of the previous doctor. Should have trusted my gut. So basically, I sit and wait and then feel rushed especially when you get to front tables. One person over talks the other from their own table and interferes with the nice gentleman I was working with and then pretty much took over. So uncomfortable. And they sell your adult child glasses without care. They never explained to my child the cost went well over the insurance coverage and then sold her two pairs of glasses that were so humongous for her face to the point her eyes are in the inner corners of the glasses. When I brought it up last year, at same table, they was zero response. He loves them but should have been guided and explained the add ons. Now here I am a year later, and needed to cancel and when I asked if they can waive the cancellation fee, the woman was abrupt and accusatory reminding me of my previous cancelation instead of hearing me out. Poor form. Done and moving on. But please measure people faces and look at what your selling. And you should consider removing cancellation fees especially if the appointment is rescheduled. Great way to lose customers and families. I don't think many would go back after being charged a cancellation fee. It's not like it was a no-show. No worries. I'll pay your $50 fee.
