Excellent experience overall! The Richmond office staff are friendly and professional. The office extremely clean and organized. Received a thorough examination from medical staff. Have a vast array of glasses and frames to choose from. 5 stars definitely!
All staff were professional and courteous. We moved to Stanford 4 yrs ago but still drive back to see dr burchett. Just love him!
Everything was great. I haven't been to the doctor in years much less the eye doctor and everything was made quite easy. It was a very good experience. And I'm getting some new glasses happened pretty quick so very nice
My appointment from start to finish was great! Everyone was very nice & professional. I saw Dr. Burchett. He's very knowledgeable & explained everything to me. I've been going here for 3 year's & have never had any issue's.
