Visionworks Drs Of Optometry

I’ve brought my glasses here twice to be fixed. The first time they put the lens back in, didn’t bother to check the frame to my face and sent me on my way. Of course they didn’t fit right and the lens came right back out when they fell. Went back today and hoped that my issues would be resolved. I work nights so I was tired and didn’t realize that they left the top gasket string on my semi rimless frames sticking out. I’ll just make the trip to Lexington to have these repaired. But I was hoping to avoid it.

The staff here are phenomenal. I hope they're all being paid great, livable wages, PTO, and medical insurance because impressed is an understatement. I took my daughter on Friday and I went on Monday. Both days the service was nothing short of excellent. They were busy on Monday, yet the wait time was quicker than we thought, they were attentive, and very knowledgeable. Their suggestions were detailed and thorough. EVERY person in this store was kind to us and had a great attitude despite them likely being tired with a fully booked schedule. Wow. 100/10.

So I make an appointment for exam. Wait an hour. Get the exam and pick out glasses - $656. I wait two weeks and no call or text. I go down there and they inform me the glasses were lost in delivery. NO TRACKING NUMBER. They reorder; a week and half later I get a text. I go down there - WRONG GLASSES. They reorder a third time. After two weeks I go down there again. They lost another box of glasses somewhere. Again NO TRACKING NUMBER. Their excuse was "It is beyond my paygrade". During this entire process I received no phone calls, no updates and certainly no apologies. They just don't care. I asked for my money back. Make your own conclusions.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at Visionworks! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind, answering all my questions and making the entire process feel easy and stress free. The optometrist was absolutely amazing, thorough and professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious they truly care about their patients and their eye health. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at an eye care center. If you are looking for top notch service, knowledgeable professionals, and a team that truly goes the extra mile, this is the place to go. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know!

The staff handled my family of 4 very well and quickly, it felt like we were in and out. 3 of us got our glasses same day, which I've never experienced before! The eye dr. was amazing and explained in detail my daughters eye condition and referred us out. Over all we had the best experience 😌 Thank you to your staff! We will definitely be back for our yearly exams ❤️
