I’m surprised by the negative reviews. I’ve seen Dr Ruff for over 10 years. I always feel heard and the appts do not feel rushed. I’ve also seen Charles Armstrong, PA and he was also very helpful about getting needed vaccines for an upcoming african trip. I would definitely recommend this practice to others.

Dr. Kristina Culotta-Campbell is an exceptional primary care physician. Her staff is very pleasant and respectful. I highly recommend this practice at SureCare Medical Center in Springboro, OH.
Love this practice. I would definitely recommend it to friends and neighbors. Our family of 4 sees a combination of the providers: Dr Campbell, Heather Brahm NP, and Charles Armstrong PA. My kids mostly see Heather and Charles. The kids feel comfortable with them and it’s usually easy to get a same day appointment for acute symptoms (flu or strep). Otherwise, appointments are 1-2 weeks out. Dr Campbell has longer wait times, but my husband prefers to see her for his annual exams and for his more complicated adult diagnosis and referrals.
We switched to this practice about 2 years ago, my son's pediatrician retired and since he was 16 we went a head and moved him here. He had a physical less than a year ago, and today we asked them to sign his work permit so he could get a summer job. They declined, insisting he needed to be seen again and wouldn't sign a work permit unless his physical was within 30 days. They also said that my son could only see Dr. Lasala (who is booked out for over a month) and could not see any other provider in the practice that may have been able to get him in quicker. We had to go back up to pick up the work permit application and took him to Kettering Urgent Care in Boro, who did it for $25 and was super quick and efficient. The nurse for Dr. Lasala was unflexible, rude, and we left complaints for the office manager. The front office staff has always been very nice, but I noticed when I was there picking up the permit they were getting patients complaining about it taking so long to the get in for an appointment and they front office staff seemed pretty beat down.
I had been seen their since I was a babu by Dr Smith. He was out for a while and I had to see semina sagery. Dr Smith prescribed my pain medication that she took over while he was gone. She then drugged tested me before he came back and said I didn't have any in my system WHAT !!!! I went to another Dr and he found it right away in just a urine sample. Buy I still lost Dr Smith and the right to be seen at that practice anymore. My daughter still goes but she hates the Dr's everytime she calls or comes out she's in tears. I wouldn't go back if they offered. Good luck to anyone who's looking I'd think twice. God bless
