Everyone in the office was super friendly and interacted with my children while they helped me pick out a pair of glasses for my 16 month old. Dr. Fisher was also wonderful and could not have been more friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She took her time with my son and did a great job explaining everything to me. Would definitely recommend!

Our family goes to see Dr. Fisher. She is wonderful. She is great with our kids. She keeps their attention to provide a thorough exam, and is also great with adults as well. We will continue to go to her for as long as we are able, and I suggest you do the same.
Having had extremely uncomfortable and scary symptoms after an eye exam here in Settlers Walk Eye Care Springboro, I called the office but they were closed for the long holiday weekend. I left a voicemail for the doctor on call. And then suffered the entire weekend without a call back. Emergency rooms were not appropriate for these symptoms and the urgent cares I called said that they didn’t have the proper equipment. On Tuesday upon their opening, I was relieved, anticipating that I would finally be getting assessment and treatment. But when I went to the office to ask for an appointment, they said the phone systems were down. They appeared frazzled and unprepared. They did not appear to have a contingency plan required by regulating agencies for the disruption with patients being able to reach them or for providing prescriptions. (Reception said “You won’t be able to get meds anyway”). After waiting 30 minutes, I was told that the TWO doctors said they could not fit me in, that the phone situation was “unfortunate for you”. I was not offered any appointments, just a piece of paper with a highlighted urgent care in Cincinnati. This is an unreasonable referral due to having eye problems with a long drive as well as more out of pocket cost for a higher level of care. It is unacceptable that an existing patient under your care was unable to reach you and then was refused a follow-up appointment to assess my eyes and ease suffering. I am very thankful to another office near my home that was able to see me that day despite being a new patient. They were kind and caring, provided treatment immediately, and did not feel like an assembly line that had broken down.
The staff and Dr. Fisher were amazing! Super friendly and helpful, especially with my two kids. Dr. Bjork was cold and seemed to be in a rush. He seemed irritated with my kids being there even though one had an appointment and I can’t leave them home by themselves regardless. I would’ve given 5 stars if it wasn’t for him. I’ll definitely be scheduling with Dr. Fisher from now on.
Dr. Bjork is very good at his job. The whole staff is helpful and friendly. I love that place, even though I moved an hour away.i will continue to keep my doctor. Thank you for everything you do.
