Total Vision Centers

I have been going to Total Vision for 28 years. I have always felt welcome and everyone is so professional and friendly! I saw Dr. Mangold for the past 2 years and I really like her and she seems very competent and takes time to explain her reasoning to the changes to my contacts and glasses. Then Jeff Dubro, the optician with the practice, he is professional and also fun to talk to- feels like I am visiting friends.

Broke my glasses and went to store to get new glasses. My prescription had changed slightly so ordered a new pair. However, when I showed the optician, Misty, my old pair of broken glasses, she said "Oh, we can fix those." I still went through with my order since my vision had changed, but they were able to repair my broken glasses the same day - for no charge! This is my second time getting glasses from this Total Vision Centers store, and both times the people there have been very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this store.

I highly recommend going to Total Vision Center! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and didn’t even have to wait very long. They are so friendly and very thorough with their exams. They explained everything as they were doing it. They also were so polite and answered all my questions professionally, but in a manner I could easily understand. The place is very clean and highly professional. The prices are reasonable as well. I won’t go anywhere else except here!

My wife and I have been patients at Total Vision for over 20 years. We have always received excellent care and service during that time. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond if you need help after you purchase your glasses. For example, if you need to have your frames adjusted, replacing the nosepieces, or need a new storage case for your glasses, just call or stop by and they will take care of you, free of charge. I would highly recommend them for your eye care needs.
