I had a great time at Premier Vision/the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and its only 8 miles from my apt and as a 74 yr old senior it made my day coming here for exam and glasses
I had my child's 2nd eye exam done here. I ordered her new glasses and could not see better with them. Turns out this place ordered the new glasses with the older prescription on file. What a mess. If you value your time order your glasses elsewhere.
My family has been going to Premier Vision for about five years. Dr. Brittain is extremely patient and will explain things. He makes sure you're comfortable with decisions and treatment options. The front desk staff is welcoming and kind; they even gave opinions (that I asked for) when I was trying to pick out glasses. Rob who handles ordering glasses and contacts is very thorough and friendly. He makes suggestions but isn't pushy. I am very happy to be a customer at Premier Vision.
I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Dr. Brittain, Sophie, Rob and the rest of the staff at Premier Vision. It was my first time there. The staff were very professional and my appt was on time. I was given the best eye exam I'd ever had. Sophie did a fabulous job picking out a great pair of frames that I love!!! When I went back to get them Rob did such a fantastic job of making sure they fit perfect and took the time to make sure everything including the lenses and frames were done correctly. It was a great experience and a sigh of relief knowing I found the perfect place to go for my vision care. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!
Dr. Brittain was very nice and very thorough. He did not rush through my exam and answered all my questions. I was very happy with my experience. I would highly recommend him.
