Very thrilled with how my visit went everyone is so kind from front desk staff to the saleswomen and especially Dr.jindal!! 10/10 would recommend to everyone and as excited to continue seeing them!

Had no issues until I was treated like a liar when I mentioned one of the doctors told me my prescription made my contacts medically necessary, (had seen 2 different drs at this point) and they called and said she said she never told me that (talking about the first dr I saw) and I said no it was the dr I saw most recently, not the first one. They came back and said they asked the first doctor and she said she didn't and I said no it was the other lady and they said a third lady I had never even seen and I said no whoever I saw in March and they hung up on me. Then later they called back and said it was such and such dr and they'd put it in. Then later I switched insurances and they said "your new insurance doesnt do medically necessary!" But the insurances website said otherwise. I just switched to a new eye doctor and everything has been smooth, I mentioned the medically necessary and all they did was call my insurance and confirmed that yes, they DO cover my prescription as medically necessary and they said they'd get that in for me. No acting like I am lying, no treating me rudely, they checked for me. Such a vastly different experience to this eye doctor. I will say the second doctor I saw was very nice. But the staff I encountered regarding my MEDICALLY NECESSARY contacts were super rude. It seemed as if they were upset about doing extra paperwork (that is part of your job?????). I didn't even know about it until the Dr mentioned it to me, but I am thankful she did as I cannot get to 2020 vision with glasses anymore so can only wear contacts if I need to see, and obviously contacts are so expensive but I mean I can't just choose to not see anything.

Dr Jindal was amazing! She is smart, thorough and made me feel as ease immediately. The front desk gal (didn’t catch her name) was friendly and there was hardly a wait. Exceptional experience! Thank you, I will be back AND will tell everyone about you folks! Class act.

Dr.Northcutt is so GREAT, love her personality, she treats me like a friend not the next number, she takes time with me, talks to me, wants to hear what I'm saying, I tell everyone how wonderful she is, I hope she stays there for a long time!!!! We NEED more professionals like her!!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ The ladies at the front desk are fantastic, so very friendly, helpful, I wish everyone could experience the best customer service ever.♥️♥️😀😀

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. The check-in process was easy, and I was greeted warmly when I arrived. Costs were explained well upfront. Dr. Aamin is so nice, and my eye exam was quick and easy. Ron was a fantastic help in getting my PD measurement and helping find frames. I felt very comfortable and welcome here and I'll definitely be back!
