Everyone here was super awesome and welcoming! I’ve always gone to Stanton but this felt like a HUGE upgrade when compared, Dr. Northcutt was awesome, and stacy helped check me out and find some glasses she was unbelievably amazing and nice! Thanks again

Amy was the prefect person to help me find the best Meta Ray Ban glasses for my style. She listened and answered every question I had. I could tell she genuinely cared about helping me and not just making a sale! The experience was fun and enjoyable! Can't wait to go back and see Amy for my next exam and glasses selection. Thank you again Amy!! Five star all day⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
She was super helpful of looking up the sunglasses I had from 5 years ago. I decided to go with a different style and she was able to find the right pair that fit my lenses
I had appointments scheduled to bring my kids in for a yearly exam tomorrow. Lori called today and informed me that they don’t see children as young as my daughter (5 years old) and that she couldn’t make an exception. She was very rude and condescending, and got even more rude on the phone when I told her to cancel my sons appointment as well. If I can’t bring one of them, I’m not gonna bring the other one. She has glasses and has had several eye exams previously, so I’m not sure what the issue is, or why it allowed me to book an appointment and wait a week until they decided they couldn’t see her. We have bought their glasses here for years but the eye doctor will never be getting any of my money again. Very dissatisfied. At least if you’re in the wrong, talk nicely on the phone and not be as rude as Lori was. I will say that Molly the manager is very kind and always willing to help.
I have been using LensCrafters for several years and have always been pleased. I picked up glasses with a new prescription last week and was having problem viewing a computer screen. I went to LensCrafters and the optician quickly identified the problem and ordered replacement lenses that will solve the problem. I'm very satisfied with the service.
