What a pleasant experience. Jamie at the check in desk greeted me when I came in and was fast and friendly. Jessica did my per testing, she was very nice. Dr Stone did my exam. Found out she my birthday twin, lol. She was so friendly and professional. And last but not least Alisha the optician was so helpful. She helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. Overall a wonderful visit.
My son had an appointment at S.V.S. Vision yesterday, and we had a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Jamie was great during check-in, Jessica made the pretesting easy and comfortable, and Dr. Stone did a wonderful job with my son’s eye exam. Dr. Stone was thorough, professional, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the appointment. I also want to give a shout-out to Riva, Alexis, Corina, and everyone else in the store. The whole team was amazing and really made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Great customer service can make such a difference, and this team definitely delivered. Thank you all for making my son’s visit such a positive experience. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful people, Reva(If i remember correctly) was kind, respectful, and very patient. She helped me pick some good frames, and showed me how to wear contacts and gave me very helpful tips on how to put them in. Never did any questions or concerns I had go unadressed, and made me very comfortable during the entire process.
I found SVS through my employer, and would highly recommend. Their service is outstanding and their staff is beyond helpful and pleasant. Alisha and Dr.Stone were fabulous.
