These people were just a delight to work with! When it was time to write up my 2 pairs of glasses I was getting, the women taking care of me worked through the two different ways to write up my purchase so the insurance company would cover more. Apparently, which pair was first on the order made a difference. Two other employees didn't have any clients at that moment. They both came over and were talking about the the best way save me money. All without me even having to ask! I wished I had my camera out at one point. The three of them looking at the screen talking about what was in my best interest was a picture of what customer service should look like! Thank you for the good service and pleasant experience.
