Lost my glasses and Eyeglass World was able to get me a new pair in a single afternoon. Solid selection of Oakley, Nike, other typical brands plus your non-brand generic glasses (men's, women's, sunglasses, and kids). The staff was extremely busy when we were there but did a good job managing their overall service. Huge Thanks and Appreciation!

Lost my glasses last night no luck finding them. Called eyeglass world they got me in in a couple hours had my glasses done in a couple hours . Very happy with the glasses. Doctor was very nice . The whole staff very nice . Very happy with whole experience
Charged me extra for regular lenses as opposed to my really thick prescription. Will not refund until I drive from Adrian, Mi for a 3rd time. Also charged me for a 6 month supply of contacts, I received a 3 month supply. Even paid extra for shipping so I wouldn't have to drive again.
Scheduled an appointment online, selected my insurance provider and everything went smoothly then got a call to give my insurance information only to be told that they don’t except VSP even though it is listed as an insurance option on the website. The lady just said our website is outdated and you could just pay out of pocket or use it out of network… I selected this company because they had high ratings and took my insurance. Disappointed with the misinformation from a larger company… do better.
