Optometrist Inside Target Optical

I enjoy getting my eye care needs handled at Target Optical on Monroe St. in Toledo, Ohio… The service has always been friendly and helpful. I have been going here for years. Dr. Bourbon is always on the mark when it comes to examining my eyes and handling with care!!!! Everyone keep up the great work!!!! I appreciate you!!!

Very disappointing experience at Target Optical on Monroe Street in Toledo. On 2/10/26, Manager Brandy Crosby assisted me after my vision exam with ordering my prescription glasses. She helped me choose my frames, checked my center line, provided my written prescription, explained the price, and told me the glasses would take about 2 weeks and that I would receive a call when they came in. After hearing nothing, I called the store today and was told by another representative that my glasses were never ordered. I was also told payment had to be made first, but that was never explained to me on 2/10/26. Had I been told that, I would have paid immediately. What is most frustrating is that there was no follow up from the store at all. No phone call. No update. No explanation. If I had not called myself, I would still be waiting and assuming my glasses were on the way. I paid over the phone today, which proves this could have been fixed much sooner. Because of this failure in communication and follow through, I now have to wait almost 2 additional weeks for glasses that I need. This should have been handled much better, especially by management.

I get exams elsewhere that has top notch equipment. I do however get my glasses here because of no pressure, they listen to you and today was no different. Stacy was awesome. Got what I needed ordered and as always a great experience.

Everything about the Target Optical on Monroe is just right. Dr Berdan is amazingly personable and knowledgeable. The glasses are available in a range of styles, colors, and price ranges. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Brandi took great care of me! I didn't realize when I walked in to shop for frames that it was almost closing time. But she was still very patient and super friendly and made sure I knew every discount I could take advantage of! I'm grateful for such good service!
