I've been a patient with Pritchett for years and have always had a good experience. My eye's have always been a challenge for my Dr.s. But I will say, 60+ years later, Dr. Forbes figured it out. The prescription is spot on. No strain whatsoever.
I really liked this eye care establishment. I highly recommend it. The staff was very nice. The office was very clean. I felt the eye doctor cared about what I wanted and my issues with my eyes. I will definitely be going back when it’s time.
For my first time truly needing glasses, this was my best first choice I could have made. Everyone at this office is helpful and courteous from my comprehensive exam to picking up my glasses in just a few weeks (quick even around the holidays). I would recommend this place to anyone in the area and look forward to grabbing my second pair in the near future!
They were wonderful from the front staff to the doctor and the end with the optician. So great that no dilation was done. Exceptional customer service.
I've always enjoyed coming here to this location, However the dr there seemed to be really in a rush and not caring about my questions with a attitude. But the receptionist and other staff were pleasant. So thank you to the ones who helped with care
