Pro Optical

This is one appointment I look forward to each year. Dr. Cheng is awesome! She remembers what we spoke about last year & picks right up where we left off. My favorite part is seeing Linda & picking out glasses. The whole staff is awesome but I really clicked with Linda. She’s very honest about what looks good & what doesn’t. You can talk with them via text too! I always had to wait until a friend could come with me & help me choose. Now I have Linda! It’s like having a friend there already. Each pair of glasses I have purchased from there has lasted me years! Some of them I turn into Rx sunglasses. You won’t be disappointed!!

Very disappointing experience!!! Pro Optical used to be a great place to get my eye glasses and many of them lasted for many years. The last pair lasted less than 2 years. It broke and has cracks in many areas. Maybe they went to cheaper lens makers in the last few years to save money because I had never experienced anything like this from Pro Optical. Eye glasses are NOT cheap. One would hope they would last longer than a little over a year. Very disheartening!!!

Got a contact lens fitting and Stacey (I think her name was) was super kind and patient and I was able to figure it out with her help. Thank you!!! Never bought glasses here because they're very expensive. But the annual checkup is always well done.

Dr Susan cheng is amazing! The front desk crew is so nice and friendly and I especially love Linda who always helps me with my glasses- she’s so sweet and picks the best glasses for me every time!!!
