Professional Eye Associates

I’m giving this review for my dad… I brought him into the office to have cancer removed from his bottom eyelid area. He is a heart patient and started having some heart related issues so the surgery was put off because this is a caring team. We did come back for the surgery a couple weeks later and Dr Hendrix did an incredible job! He is very nice and was very thorough on the procedure. The whole staff treats you with care and compassion, I highly recommend this office and will use them myself in the near future!

I had an outstanding experience here. The service is amazing and the team is incredibly well-organized. I was greeted immediately and seen exactly at my scheduled time, which I truly appreciated. The flow of the appointment was seamless—I moved through the different stations with ease, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I especially loved how the staff walked me through each step of the process so I always knew what to expect. From the front counter to checkout, everyone was wonderful. Five stars all around

I had an excellent experience at Professional Eye in Dalton from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The office was clean, well-organized, and ran efficiently with little to no wait time. The eye exam was thorough, and Dr. Hendrix took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions without rushing. I really appreciated how attentive and knowledgeable the entire team was—they genuinely care about their patients. Overall, I highly recommend Professional Eye to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service in Dalton!

I went to get eye surgery to correct my vision did everything I was told then I was told that I could have the surgery quickly and that somebody will call me by the end of the week that was on a Monday. I had to make two phone calls just to find out that the doctor had picked out the lenses. He wanted to insert in my eyes and that hopefully they might possibly get back to me the next week. That is not what I was told worse service ever extremely disappointed, and how this is ended up was suggested that I could have my eye surgery quickly everything will go smooth and then the doctor doesn’t even pick out the lenses that he had five days to choose from now I’ve got to try to find somebody else to do my vision. Correction surgery I would not go to this place. I will not send my family to this place. I would not send my enemies to this place. They do not do what they say. They will do. They lie.

We are very pleased with Dr. McBride & the staff at Professional Eye. They are so user friendly & Helpful. They answered all of our questions & keep us up to date with what we need to see.
