Wish I found Dr. Kim sooner! Dr. Kim is hands down the best eye doctor in town. She is incredibly caring and thorough during her exams, and my new prescription is so comfortable. I’m honestly sad I didn't find this place earlier! All the good reviews are completely verified.
I LOVE this place, the staff, and especially Dr. Kim! Everyone in the office is so kind and personable. Everything runs quickly and smoothly, but it never feels like they're rushing you out. It truly feels like home. I've been coming here for 6 years, and even though I moved almost 40 minutes away, I still come back because it's worth it.
The entire staff was welcoming, and the process was smooth and well organized. Dr. Kim was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. She was also very accommodating, allowing me to return for any tests I couldn’t complete on the same day. Ms. Jina at the reception was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. My child ordered a replacement Ortho-K lens over two months ago with the goal of improving their vision. We were told the replacement would be ordered, but after more than 10 weeks, we still have not received the lens or a clear update on its status. What is most disappointing is the lack of communication. We have had to follow up multiple times, yet there has been no definite timeline or proactive update from the office. For a vision-related treatment that directly affects a child’s care, this delay is unacceptable. I understand that manufacturing and shipping delays can happen, but patients deserve timely communication and transparency. I hope the office improves its customer service and follow-up process so other families do not experience the same frustration.
Dr Kim is very kind, knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. She always takes her time and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. The rest of the staff is also very nice and friendly.
