Today was my first visit with Dr. Russell! He was recommended to me by my previous favorite Eye Doctor, Dr. Garvey! Just like Dr. Garvey, Dr. Russell was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and answered all the questions I had! I have been going to the Professional Eye Care Center for many years. This place is amazing. The people are courteous and respectful. I am a patient of Dr. Kirscher for many years. He listens to my concerns and addresses each one individually. The exam is thorough and accurate. I will continue to go to him for my eyes. He is the BEST! I highly recommend Doctor Kirscher.
I have been going to see Dr. Kirscher for over 40 yrs and he has been nothing but excellent. Family bias aside, I don't know what I would do without his great "bedside manner", his unique sense of humor and his genuine sense of care and empathy for his patients. Truly one of the best doctors I've had in my lifetime and the support staff at Professional Eye Care is just as excellent.
The wait beforehand was short; the dr arrived into the exam room within minutes. Dr Russell explained the results of recent eye procedures/tests, and answered all my questions without hesitation. He also provided a general overview of the status of my eyes. I would definitely recommend Dr Russell to my friends and family members.
This was my first visit with Dr. Michael Russell and it won't be my last! I was so impressed I made an appointment for my husband! Dr Russell and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and caring and made my first visit a very comfortable experience! Thank you!
