Lady at the office was so rude. I specifically called and asked if they could do x rays before making an appointment. I specifically asked on the phone if they took turquoise care. The lady told me yes.. so I made an appointment i showed up, and she told me for my insurance they would have to send me somewhere else for an x ray. The 20 min before your appointment text tell you to be there 10 min before your appointment time. That does not good when you live 22 min away and this is the 1st time you are told to be 10 min early. Thanks for nothing and wasting my time.

The staff is amazing, I called in at first and the sweet lady that answered made sure I got in and seen with hast, Nurse was pleasant and a breath of fresh air in a medical setting. The NP was exceptional as well, a uncomfortable event turned easy and simple. Thank you all.

This was my first time at this urgent care and it was a great experience. The staff was super friendly and professional. The wait time was minimal, even when waiting on test results. The dr seemed knowledgeable and took care of my issue! I’ll definitely be back. 10/10 I’ll recommend them to everyone!

Horrible. He was a little dismissive, and told me I had strep without a test. I guess I felt better but I'm not sure if it was time, theraflu, or the antibiotics since it was 'probably the flu and strep' though nothing confirmed this. Mind you this 3 minute 'consult' was $250 bucks. Additionally they sent me to collections without ever a single phone call or email (both of which they had knowing that they emailed and texted about my appointment) . I had to reach out MULTIPLE times to the billing email on the website and call a couple of times to get an itemized bill. They also charged $300 for a rapid COVID/Flu test which is well above other practices, be aware if you're on a pay your self or HDHP plan regarding that.

Both the young lady who worked the front desk as well as the provider were very friendly and helpful. It was a very good experience. I was a walk-in and I didn't have to wait very long to be seen by the provider. This urgent Care was recommended to me by someone else who had a good experience. I did not know about it and I'm glad I went to this location.
