Been going to PVC since I was 7 years old and I’ll never go anywhere else! Always great service and Dr. William Lay is the best! I’ve seen him since I started going here and he’s so personable. Great practice!

Everything there was top notch. My only suggestion would be when the doctor is getting ready to put in the eye drops for dilation. It might be good if they would inform the patient that it may stay I mean, I've had my eyes dilated many times over the years never had a sting like it did yesterday so if you would you know it might help the patients out if you just kind of worn them that you know this may or may not sting and it will pass quickly thank you and it was a great great great experience there.

I started with PVC when I was 8 years old back in 1986. I will have been a patient for 40 years in August! Started with Dr. Wright, then Dr. Burns, now Dr Lay. I have received the best care and concern for my vision. Now in the second generation of care with my children seeing Dr. Lay as well.

The Johnstown office in the old downtown bank is not only stunning but offers a warm and calming experience. All procedures were explained in easily understandable terms by everyone who served me. Dr William Lay was professional, insightful, personable, and upfront regarding my eye health and all options for my eye needs. They offered a wide selection of glasses and classes for learning to use contacts should I choose. The text communication prior to my appointment was clear and a helpful reminder.
