Vision Professionals - New Albany

From the moment we walked in, the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable. She has Parkinson's disease and uses a large wheelchair, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating, even moving equipment around to ensure she could be seen safely and comfortably. Everyone was so friendly, compassionate, and unbelievably patient with her special needs. They treated her with dignity and never made us feel rushed. It's rare to find a medical office that provides this level of care and understanding. I highly recommend this office to anyone, especially those with loved ones who have mobility challenges or special needs. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive experience.

I was very impressed with the staff here. The girl checking my eyes was a student but she did really well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing an eye exam.

Wonderful and friendly place! Super pleased with the service and very thorough exam. Nice selection of eyewear, literally picked up a pair of Kate Spade frames and instantly fell for them. I was very appreciative of the detail and explanations of what was on the photos of my eyeballs. 😆 Update: Glasses came in within two weeks! Got the call and scheduled a quick pick up. Mine didn’t need any adjustments so I can’t comment on that process. Very happy with the final outcome and I highly suggest giving them a chance if you or your family need an optometrist .

I was referred by a friend who had nothing but good things to say about their experiences at this office. They were not wrong. The entire staff regardless of roles, were warm, respectful and friendly. I appreciated their ability to be professional and efficient AND still effectively listen, communicate and interact with warm and respect.
